What about chocolates and wine, a CD of romantic music, a cozy blanket?

why don’t you find out what cruise they will be on and get her an excursion (once you find out the cruise line/time, you can go online and book the excursion)? you could also put together a basket of things: sunblock, passport/ticket holder (i know they won’t need a passport, but they could still use it as a ticket holder and reuse it later), travel-size toothpaste/deodarant/shampoo/etc., gum, candy, magazine/book for the plane ride. you could also contact the cruise ship and ask them to make a basket of champagne/fruit/chocolate with a card to be placed in their cabin upon arrival.

These are great ideas. I would say that anything you would want on a cruise would be great. Maybe get her some nice, comfortable sleepwear? It won’t be X rated and she’ll love the gesture.

A pack of silk rose petals for fiance to spread out on the bed or around the tub? Maybe aome bubble bath or little massage sets.

a gift card to their favorite restraunt and a reservation when they get back?  I think that would be great–it would be a nice welcome home type of thing.
