Check eBay and Nordstroms for the dress. I bought a JS Boutique dress (that I orginally found at Nordstroms) off eBay.
I was also going to suggest ebay or have a replica made. It looks simple enough.
Check Ebay, Macy's or Nordstrom's. Or you can do the China replica route like I did. I purchased via SMT Wedding Store via Ebay.
I don't know what to suggest... just wanted to say good luck! That is VERY frustrating!

This place has it Maktak...never ordered from the before though, so I'd maybe look around for reviews on them.

I had ordered this dress on back order from dillards.com and it was supposd to be here by now, but when I called to check the status, they said "the date of availability was pushed back to SEPTEMBER!!!" WHICH IS AFTER MY FRIGGIN WEDDING!!!! Now it's back to the drawing board on a reception gown!!! So frustrating! And I LOVED this one! If anyone knows where else I can order this gown, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE share with me!?!?!?
