@texasbee:  You know, one of the easiest menus I ever put together was also the one I got the most compliments on, I did brocolli cheese soup, chicken noodle soup, and chili with bread bowls and a baked potato bar…it was beyond cheap and easy and people loved it!

I second the soup idea, I just did that for my party this past weekend and it worked out great serving it in the crock pot. Also, the baked potatoes are great in the crock pot and then everyone can add their own toppings.

Look up recipes for mini meatballs in the crock pot- have tried several different versions and they are always great!

How about sandwiches or using tortillas to make roll ups?
