Love your dress!
You can certainly do your original idea- maybe do sage green instead of a bright green so it doesn't look too much like Christmas.

Red, burlp and white would also look great- maybe bring in a few hits of gold to pick up the embroidery on your dress?
you can still do white cloths with a rustic wedding- burlap table runners will cut down on the amount of visible white. Wood slices under the centerpieces would add a rustic touch to any centerpiece.

Hi, bees!
Soooo, I have my dress, yay! I've loved it for literally years, so there was no dubt it was going to be the one :)
I'm getting married next summer in the countryside, in a very simple "farm" (not really a farm, but whatever), and I want the decor to be rustic. I had thought about burlap and green, but now I'm not sure how to match the decor to my gorgeous (if I say so) dress, and I'm not sure whetherthese colors go well together...
I don't want to do the matchy-matchy thing (for example, my bridesmaids will pick their own dresses) but I'm having a simple DIY wedding on a budget (except for the big splurge on my dress) and I don't want it to look like I just threw together this and that, here and there.
I have lots of inspiration boards and pictures I have collected from the Internet, but I'm stuck with the color palette. For example, what color should the tableclothes be?
Many thanks for your help!
