So, id like for our guests to throw flower petals as FI and I walk back down the isle together. But what is the best way to make that accessible to the guests??

Put a cone full of them at the end of each row? Have something for them before they go to their seats??

Not sure what to do

You can have the petals pre-packaged in cones (or something else) on a tray at the back of the ceremony venue. They really need to be individually packaged as a cone on the end of the row is not accessible to anyone other than the one person at the end of the pew.
