I am working with the most wonderful Etsy Jewelry Designer to make my wedidng band. The direction I gave them is that I wanted an antique, airy looking band with lots of openwork, and I wanted it flanked by eternity bands. They created a few different options in CAD and I was able to make changes to each design.
Now I am stuck between two beautiful choices and I am having the most difficult time deciding.
I love the antique look of #1, but I love the airyness or #2.
(also, please see the eternity band below. This is what the bands on either side will look like in real life)

I think the first one is the best for both antique and airy.

I’m really partial to the vintagey-ness (pretty sure that’s not a word…) of the first ring but both are absolutely beautiful! I don’t think you could go wrong here.
PS. Don’t you love Etsy jewellers!? My engagement ring and wedding band were custom designed and purchased via Etsy.

wow, beautiful! Really unique designs on both options (but I voted for #2)

i like the second one, and those emeralds are beautiful!

Love the emeralds! They get my vote 🙂

Unfortunately, the emeralds will not be present in my band. The designer sent me the picture just so I had some perspective on what their eternity bands look like, and this picture happened to include a stackable set, but the bands on my ring will be all diamonds.
Does this change anyone’s opinion?

I LOVE the second one – its absolutely stunning! I first one really doesn’t do much for me to be honest.

Much prefer the second one!!

Love the second one! I want this for a right hand ring!

Ok, I asked my FI, my best friend, and my mom.
My FI said “I like them both, whichever one you like, get that one” (Big help!)
My mom chose the 1st one and my best friend chose the 2nd one.
I may just have to flip a coin!

Can you combine the two ideas? For instance, can they space out the diamonds and filigree thingys (sorry, no idea what the proper terminology here is) on the first one to retain the vintage look but make it more airy? Or keep the square-shaped diamonds from the first one, but use a scroll-like pattern in between (as in the 2nd one)?

The 2nd one is great!!! Gorgeous enough to wear alone or with your ering.
