    Hi Bees,

I am in the process of organizing/throwing away/using all of our wedding crafting supplies, decor/etc, and I am trying to figure out how to display or use our cake toppers.

I made our turtle cake toppers and they were both my first and favorite DIY item.  They are flat wooden cutouts that have skewers glued to them, so they seem like they could be used in a number of different ways.

What should I do with them?  Any ideas or inspiration?

Those are so cute! Since the holidays are coming up, maybe you could turn them into tree ornaments?

You could make a shadow box or get a picture frame and put them in it with a picture of you and your hubby cutting your wedding cake.

so cute!!! what if you glue them to the front or inside cover of a wedding album? that's the first thing that comes to my mind anyway - that way you can preserve it.

ETA: loooooooove the tree ornament idea too!

aww they are SO cute!! What about taking off the skewers and gluing them to a picture frame that you could use over and over again? Or you could put them into a tiny shadowbox and hang it somewhere in your house to always remind you of your wedding - like in an entryway, kitchen or maybe your master bathroom? Or you could do a DIY fabric or corkboard vase and hot glue them to the vase that you can then display pretty flowers in - heres the inspiration for that last one - http://www.younghouselove.com/2010/08/put-a-cork-in-it-2/

Good luck! Post what you end up doing with them Id love to see it!

You could buy a small houseplant and give them their own little habitat :D
