My shower was similar to this..I got anything from a tote bag, to towels, books to read on the beach, suntan lotion and aloe for a burn, flip flops, a pail and bucket, sunglasses, a hat, a swimsuit coverall, to a gift card to go towards buying a new swimsuit.
Thank you sooo much Marlew for your ideas. This will help out greatly!
What about those beach mats. You can get them at Target for cheap. I found one for $1
We forgot to pack an underwater camera before a recent beach vacation and what would have only cost $7 at Walmart ending up costing us $20. The photos aren't always clear but make for a good scrapbook addition, and we are glad we bought it in the end. If they are the snorkel type, that might be a nice item so they can save on renting them?
This is such a cute idea for the shower!
Thank you ladies for all your ideas!
I really like the underwater camera idea because the chances are lower that someone else might purchase it for the shower.
Keep 'em coming!
Are they going to an all inclusive? If so, I've heard people talk about bringing isulated travel mugs and having the bars make their drinks in those instead of glassware so that your margarita wont melt as fast when you're sitting on the beach!
@chicat - I actually don't know but that is also a great idea!

So I have been invited to my friend's bridal shower in August. One of the host's request for the newlywed's "Honeymoon Wishing Well", was to provide a little something that the they can use and take on their honeymoon to the beach. This item should be inexpensive and relatively small enough so that it can travel.
Can any of you fine ladies help a fellow bee out with some ideas?
Thanks!
