You could always get a more “simple” dress and add a bling sash- I am loving the jeweled sashes and they will probably be so much cheaper than a beaded dress!

@aggiebride10: Have you tried looking on pre-owned wedding dress sites? You might be able to get something that way that would otherwise be out of your price range.

What about this one from Mori Lee (style 1661)?

I’ve heard their dresses are reasonably priced and you could probably add a strap.

@aggiebride10: Good luck! Sometimes it requires a new set of eyes! I’ll do some more looking.

@aggiebride10: how many salons have you been to?  If I were you i would stop looking online and go to a bunch of salons.  Try on everything that strikes your fancy even if it doesn’t fit all of your criteria! and definately listen to the consultants- if they are at all knowledgable they can be of major help!  Remember that you can add straps or remove a belt potentially!

I am advising you this way because 1) most stores won’t carry the dresses you find online that you like and it will be very very frustrating and 2) The dress I ended up with is one that I HATE on the model,  and would never have given a second look if I hadn’t described what I wanted and let the consultant pick a dress for me to try.
