You can do it!! Just don’t let yourself sit down when you get home. As soon as I plop down on the couch I know there is no way I’m getting out there. Just put your running clothes on right away. I have to run 5 tonight too!

This is how I feel while I’m running:

I would do it just to feel like I deserved the glass of wine and maybe some dessert! πŸ™‚

When I don’t feel like running at night, I always think about what’s going to happen when I get home.  Only a couple more miles and I can have that glass of wine.  Just a few more minutes and I don’t have to get up for the rest of the night!!!

Egads….I wasn’t looking forward to the measly 1.5 miles I had planned when I get home.  I’m so looking forward to the day where I can even *think* about running 5 at one time.  I’m slowly working toward a 5k.

Just do it!  I run after work most of the time and its just become routine.

Just dont sit down! If I get home from work and sit down I know I’m done for so I change and work and when I get home I get right out there to run!!
