It’s super sad (one of like 3 movies that make me cry), but I love love love My Life Without Me. if you don’t mind subtitles, I think He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not or Priceless are both fantastic and star Audrey Tatou. If you want funny, I Can’t Even Think Straight and Best In Show are both hilarious. For documentaries, Let’s Talk About Sex and Jiro Dreams of Sushi are two that I really like

@peonyinlove:  Yay I love people with the same taste in movies as me! I’ll try to think of some others…

I watch Spellbound and Best in Show over and over again, I love mockumentaries. Agree with the pp about Audrey Tautou – I love every single one of her movies!

Ohhh have you seen Life is Beautiful? It’s one of my top 5 movies. Absolutely amazing. Also, if you like the main actor (Roberto Benigni) he’s also in Tiger and the Snow, which is another great movie.

Midnight in Paris was pretty good, and I think it would be fun to watch on a plane since it’s pretty action-packed the whole movie.

@peonyinlove:  I love sushi, but I won’t tell! I totally expected it to be boring and lame, but i was so drawn in. My partner sometimes watches boring stuff when he has trouble sleeping to help put him to sleep, and I thought this would be in that category. Totally loved it. Work trip or for fun?
