about 2 months until my summer wedding! I am feeling out of shape… and starting to sqeeze in a 30 minute workout everyday. I really need some motivation though as it’s so easy to put it off. Any ideas or inspirational blogs or anything to make the process easier. I want to tone and loose just a couple lbs, nothing drastic but definitely tone up! Trying to remind myself to drink more water and eat less sweets.

@julyweddinglovebirds: what are you doing now? in your 30 min I mean? i hear working out in the mornings can be more efficient. I tried that with interval training and it had really good results! if you are going to do fruit, do it in the morning in an empty stomach (high sugar content). Other things that work for me are green tea, no food after 7pm, and eating pretty clean :-).

@rusticbee2014: I am doing zumba dancing at home. my gym is under repair for a month. I plan on running and playing tennis more often too. Thanks for the tip about fruit in the morning, no food after 7pm, and green tea!

Try fitnessblender.com! They have tons of different videos so nothing gets boring. They are no frills, but that’s what I like. No annoying instructor or bad music. Just good exercises that work! Try some of the high intensity interval training (HIIT) or tabata or kettlebell. They burn lots of calories in a short amount of time!
