Personally I don't love the shoe. just not a fan of the cut and might look very big if you BM's have feet sizes 9+.
but i think the colors go well together.
I've never seen such a formal-looking, gorgeous flat. I like them! And where are the dresses from? They're so pretty!
@Running Elley: Thanks! I'm pretty upset that my bmaids said "NO!" (yes I mean exactly the way I typed it) so I'm trying to find the best shoe possible. Flats are really hard to find as a formal shoe
Why don't you just let them pick out their own shoe? Just let them know say a certain color? For me personally I am not a fan of the flat.
@tntrav44: The dress is Jasmine Belsoie #L3056. The shoes are from DSW
@Sassygrn: They said they don't want to. They want me to pick. But they won't wear anything but flats. Black is the color I picked to match my theme
I like the shoe but not the color. I think a gold flat would work much better with that red than a black shoe. The black and red combination looks a little harsh to me.
@Meowkers: My colors of the wedding are red, white and black however. The girls' bouquets will be tied with black ribbon. Plus, me personally, I don't like the color gold. But I do agree with you, a gold shoe would look good with that shoe too.
I think they go well together, but I have had a pair of shoes in that style and they are very hard to keep on your foot if they are not the perfect fit.
Personally, wilth a floor length dress, I don't think the shoe is a big issue.
I think they would work GREAT! Love the shoe option, not a flat fan myself, but I think it'll work with what you are trying to achieve my dear! =)
Thank you everyone! Hopefully the store has them when I go this weekend!
@FutureMrsMeinhardt: ah sorry didn't see your post abour your colors before I posted my color suggestion. If those are your colors then I think it would look really nice together.
I thought maybe you were just chosing black because that's the safe shoe color but not necessarily coordinating with other things. But since it will coordinate wiht the black ribbon I think it will look lovely.
@Meowkers: Thanks! :) I have a method to my madness I swear! lol

Sorry, there are no users yet.
My bridesmaids have flat out refused to wear anything except for a flat for their shoes for the wedding. So I am trying to find a shoe that I would like them to wear. I think I may of found it but I wanted an opinion on how they look with the dress. Below is a pic of the dress and of the shoes. Opinions please!
(in person the dress is a really deep red color)
What do you think?
