Third and fifth dresses do. The rest, not so much.

I have to say that I got stuck at the company’s name before I even looked a the dresses…to me, “Fancee” doesn’t say upscale at all.

Those dresses are beautiful and unique! It’s good to have a variety because every bride has their own vision of what kind of dress they’d like to wear on their wedding day

Def. think the last two look upscale. The first one is a little off because of the bows all over the place. Otherwise I’d love it.

Fancee sounds “ok.” I think that a womans name like Francine’s sounds better. But, if it’s what you are drawn to, use it. The name of the busines is important just to get customers in the store. The products and service (by word of mouth) are what keeps them coming into the store.

    Good luck! 🙂

“Fancee Bridal” to me honestly sounds like a cheap, sketchy Chinese knock-off company.  Embarassed

Whimsy Bridal sounds like a good name to me, but Lord knows we all have opinions and my suggestion is probably poopy.

I could see someone liking nearly all those dresses. Personally I love 3, 5, and 6.

That said, as a journalist and all-around grammar snob I hate the name “Fancee”. Serious hate. I’m so sorry. It’s really nice that the name has meaning for you, but maybe there’s a way to work it into a name some other way? It does not say “upscale” or “local artists” to me.

Totally agree.  To be totally honest, I wouldn’t even look at a shop that had the word “Fancee” in the name because it sounds like a cheap knockoff company.  Like cheap-trying-to-be-fancy.  The mission for your business is so awesome that you need a better name to draw people in.

As for these particular dresses, it is such a personal taste issue.  There will be people who think these look upscale and absolutely love them, and there will be people (like me) who dislike pretty much all of them.  But as long as you offer a wide variety of dress styles, there is bound to be something for practically everybody!
