Whoa, that looks awesome! It's really bold, but I love it. I think that if your outer envelope is black, I'd do white inner envelopes for another layer of contrast. That's really terrific!

I think maybe all around black would be awesome. Just simple because it will make the whole thing stand out and bring your attention to the colors and the pears.
I love them! And the black envelopes will probably go great with this. Where did you get the DIY invites from? Or did you design them yourself?
Hey everyone, thanks for the insight! I love the idea of all black too, but I was thinking white just so I don't have to print out two sets of labels to address them (since I am having a no kids wedding, I'm trying to make it perfectly clear on the inner envelope that it's just PARENTS, hehe).
@shortcherriez, I designed them myself! I actually have an Etsy shop of my products like this.
Oh! I should also add that the labels are wraparounds.
I think they are super cute! While the white might provide contrast, I think I would do black because the white might just look like you ran out of black.

Yeah Soon2BeMrsC I think you might be right... as soon as you said that, I pictured my slightly... critical... FMIL opening it and thinking "WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER?," haha.
