Need opinions/help please. What do you think of fiance's tux?

    Sleeves are too short.. Otherwise it looks great! Is he not wearing a vest under it?

    I think the sleeves LOOK short, but I don’t think they are. IIRC, a mans suit/tuxedo should be altered so the shirt sleeve hits the wrist (check) and so that an inch of sleeve is exposed under the jacket (check!). Maybe your fiancé just has long arms causing an optical illusion?

    I think that getting this tailored to fit will be much better than renting a tux. Rentals almost always fit poorly and look bad. My only complaint with the tux he’s wearing (assuming that he will get it altered to fit correctly) is that that looks like he’s wearing a pre-tied bow tie. I’d suggest having him learn how to tie a real bow tie, and buying one to match the tux. Real bow ties look so much better!

    I didn’t notice the short sleeves. The single button yes, sleeves no. Looks good.
