@kristinlynn86: I would list it as "Mother and Step-Father of the Bride" and have a "In Memorium" section dedicated to your dad. It helps that you do love him and "mother's husband" does not as good as "step-father" for the program

So I am working on my programs and I just got to the part where you list "Parents of the bride" and "parents of the groom." My father died when I was younger and my mother just got remarried 2 years ago. I really don't see her husband as my "step-father" just because he married my mom so late in my life. But I also do love him and he is a big part of our family. Any suggestions of what to put in this section?
I didn't know if it would look weird to put
The Late my dad's name
My Mom's name
Her husbands name
