I’d say 3 registries is fine, but I would keep it at that. Cut out the 4th. You don’t have to cut the honeymoon registry if you don’t want to though. You could cut out one of the store registries and add comparable items to one of the other registries instead.

Not 100% on the Travelers Joy one, but at myregistry.com it will sync all of those, so you can provide one link and it will be less “overwhelming” for your guests.

I don’t personally know how the sync part works because the major retailers they will sync with are not Canadian stores.

I’m using MyRegistry.com which lets you add gifts from any store so you could combine all your registries there (AND they allow cash gifts so you could have a honeymoon fund)… definitely the way to go if you want to register at more than 2 stores I think… I’ve got all the big ones covered and a bunch of smaller ones too!
