    Girls,

I am having my bachelorette party tomorrow night and today I started feeling achy and throat and ears kind of hurt and my eyes also hurt, so this is not good.

I never get sick and take vitamins and eat a ton of fruits and veggies and also take herbs that help with immune but I know that doesn't always help it.  It also doesn't help that I go to a gym everyday either and my sleeping has not been consistent, wake up often.

Anybody have any remedies I can try, this stinks because my girls have worked so hard on this party!

Get a good nights sleep!  Dimatapp gets rid of my sniffles and helps me get a good nights sleep but I know it's not the same for everyone.  And vitamin C!  Get some of that good vitamin OJ.  Might be mental but I feel like it works.

Sounds like you might still be in the early stages of a cold.  I don't know if you've ever tried Echinacea but it seems to work for me at the onset of a cold.

Other than that, rest up and drink lots of fluids.

Emergen-C always makes me feel better and gives some energy too. Drink LOTS of water. Eat chicken noodle soup - really, it works. Take mucinex. SLEEP.

Oh yeah - and sweat it out. I always wear a bunch of layers to bed when i'm sick and wake up in a gross puddle, but it always helps me.

Buckley's. It tastes awful, but it works.

I'm sure its available in the US, check out their website. I've got my FI's family hooked on it-- I send them cold care packages every winter :)

If you can't find it, chop up a clove of garlic & eat it whole. It's pretty gross but it will clear up your sinuses & your cold by the next morning.

I was feeling how you were just a week or so ago. Get the DayQuil/NyQuil gel cap mutli day pack thingy. I'd 2nd the Emergen-C . I'd make sure that you get rest. Hope you feel better soon so that you can enjoy your B-Party!

Take 1 gram of vitamin C every 2 hours and tons of water. Also, there is a product that I use called Wellness Formula from Source Naturals that really helps me kick bugs faster.

Get better soon. I hope you are able to enjoy your party!
