I work at a Grooming Salon and just found out that we have to get new shoes by the end of the month.
- None Slip
- No laces
- Covers the whole foot
When I got the job I spent $100 on crocks, cause that’s what they said to get. Well here it is, six weeks later and now I have to get new shoes. I’m a little disappointed, but gotta follow the rules. Any how can you ladies point me towards a good shoe?

Walmart sells a closed back, no holes croc shoe that’s in the non-slip department. They aren’t cute, but do the job. I work in a restaurant and where these. They were about $25. Also waterproof and lace free. They are very comfortabe.

I always got my waitressing non-slip shoes from Payless!
$20, and they lasted for 2 or 3 years!

@DuckyPDuckerson: I am a nurse and when I used to work in the hospital I wore dansko which are made for people who are on their feet all day. I was on my feet for 12-14 hours and these were wonder workers for me!
I wore the slip on clogs but they make them to cover your entire foot as well.
They are very pricey but totally worth it on your feet all day!

@The_Future_KB: That’s were I got mine years ago, I got some Sketches work shows that I wear around the lab but they don’t work as well as those Walmart ones used to.
