Print out his emails and use them as evidence to get him served with a restraining order.

Some guys just won’t take no for an answer.

I don’t understand…did he give the ring to you or did he accidentally leave it in your car? Since it’s likely valuable, I would get the police involved. File a report saying what’s happened. Tell him if he continues to contact you, you will file a restraining order.

@jamacianmecrazy:  I would follow PPs advice and file a report.  And please be careful – he doesn’t sounds all together, at least from what you’ve written. 😐

This guy sounds more than slightly off his rocker. I second the restraining order suggestion. 

Print EVERYTHING, and have the time stamps from emails visible on the paper as often as you can.
