Oh I was in your boat, don’t settle, the feeling does exist! I didn’t think I’d have it and got so tired of dresses but then bam, i got the one. They are all pretty though!

I only had my mom, I also picked out my dress not the consultant b.c she picked all the wrong things. I’ve also super religious and said a prayer and believe God helped me in the end. but regardless the feeling exists, I was sooooo anti “yes to the dress”

@GingerSnapped19:  I’m normally attracted to lace gowns (mine is covered in it extensively), but something about that second dress totally draws me in. It’s so classy, comfy-looking, architecturally interesting. It’s hard to say without seeing you in it, but so far, I’m leaning toward that one.

Good luck!!!

@GingerSnapped19:  I’d keep looking dress two is actually meant for the opposite body type from what you are if the straps in 3 are digging in I’d get something with lighter but thicker straps. Number one might accentuate your bottom heavyness and the caps do look a bit large.

Don’t settle!!  Take a break, then when you feel re-energized, start looking again.  Perhaps going on your own to a few appointments, and asking the consultant to choose a few dresses for you??  You can always return later with your entourage!

Best of luck to you!!!

@GingerSnapped19:  your over a year out I think you have three months to make a decision, new styles coming out for fall I say if you dont want drag people around its okay, to go by yourself and if you see something you like take them back…

But sounds like your settling, and I feel your to far out to just settle 🙂

Happy shopping

@GingerSnapped19:  Since your bust is so much smaller than your waist and we don’t have pics, I have to go with #1 because the sleeves should balance out your waist and make you look more hourglass which is the ideal shape.

I would say keep looking. Ask the consultant when you should order the dress, keep looking until then. If you settle or pick something that you just ‘like’ you might have dress regret. It’s too expensive of a mistake to make!

If you can post the pictures of yourself in them, even if they’re not too clear I think we could help you a little more.

Also you said that you are pulling all the dresses? Is there a reason you don’t want the consultant to pull for you? It’s hard to see how a dress looks when its hanging up but they can bring a fresh perspective. The dresses that I have liked so far have all been the ones that the consultants picked because they have some more experience than I do. Not to say that they don’t miss the mark, but try all your options!
