Hi everyone. I’m new around here and it looks like people get some good advise here!
I’m trying to finalize my flowers at the moment and the problem is, I don’t know anything about flowers!
We have decided that the majority will be ivory roses. Maybe the kind with the tiny hint of peach/blush in the centre, or maybe all ivory. Or a mix of both.
I’m wondering if I should add some variety to my bouquet. We would like a bit of greenery in the bouquets as well. A dark greenery.
Would it look weird if everything in the wedding were roses (centerpieces, on the cake, bridesmaids, etc.) and then I carried something completely different?

@MrsGatito: Nope that wouldn’t look weird! There are SO many different rose variations. Maybe your bouquet could have large garden roses!

@MrsGatito: No, not weird.

@MrsGatito: You could do a mix of a bunch of different roses all through out your wedding if you want. There are sooo many kinds of roses. Here are some examples:
1) Garden Rose
2) English Rose (not sure if it is the same as garden rose, they look similar)
3) Tea Rose
4) Spray Rose

I think this is pretty!! Your best bet is just to search around for photos you like and show the florist.

I love those English roses. They are lovely. I want those in my bouquet.

@MrsGatito: It will not look weird. Here are a few bouquets below that use ivory roses with different types of roses and some greenery mixed in. Its is a very classic look that will look amazing!
I think adding a little bit of green in with the ivory really makes it pop!
