In my living room I have a large window facing front of house and small window facing left side (driveway). I have curtains on both windows-but on the smaller window the curtain is pretty much ruined from the cat. So I was thinking of putting a a nice blind or shade there and removing the curtain.
but I am not sure if it will look weird with a curtain on big window and something else on the other. The room is not that Big
help!! I need some opinions. I tried taking pics but they aren’t showing up well when I paste on the iPad.

I definitely need my window treatments to match in each room, if you’re going to do a blind in one window I’d do it in both.

Nice wooden blinds would probably be fairly cat proof! You can do both blinds and curtains on the same window, so i’d repeat it for both windows. Matching the blinds to your trim (especially if it is white or a wood tone) is a great way to not make the window look so “heavy”.

@crayfish: +1, I have wooden blinds throughout my home and I use curtains as well as blinds in the rooms that I want curtains in.
