@Spade504:  I have saline and they feel very natural. I went under the muscle, and already had a little there to help, so they look and feel natural. I think either will feel natural if you have a little to start with and go under the muscle. Good luck PM me if you have anymore questions.

Also, DO NOT freak out, they will be hard and as high as your chin for awhile. It will go down I promise!

Depends on the look you want. My friends that have saline wanted something very natural. My friends that have silicone wanted big, round, “I-bought-these” boobs. I want silicone for the same reason.

@badabing88:  Gahaha. Sorry. That just made me laugh. If I paid so much for something, I would want to show it off too!!! I am planning on doing something with the girls after we have kids (if at all) so I’ll have to decide what outcome to go with.

Sorry for threadjacking OP, I don’t have any advice on your question. Just make sure you do your research as far as doctors and locations are concerned. 🙂

I have silicone, and not for the “Big, round, I bought these” boobs kind of look.  I chose silicone over saline, as I didn’t like the “Water balloon” sound/effect I have heard them give off, and I felt safer with silicone in the event that an implant ruptured, a saline implant would deflate and I would have essentially, one boob left.  With the silicone, they move, feel, and look natural (as long as you don’t go massive, or you’ll get the “I bought these boobs” look) and if one were to rupture they stay in a solid form (no leaking of any kind).  I have the Mentor brand silicone implants.

The only downfall i saw with the silicone, is it is already “full” at the time of insertion, so the scar was a little longer (2 inches), whereas saline impants they can fill once in place, therefore a smaller scar.  My scars are barely noticeable now so I’m a-okay with the only negative part (for me) in getting silicone.

PM me if you have any questions 🙂

eta: i had mine under the muscle too.

@Spade504:  Same here: I was a DD when I was much bigger, but now am a floppy B/C cup. The good news is, I have so much extra skin, I pretty much HAVE to get big ol’ implants to fill it up 😉 mwahaha!

@Mimoza:  I had one surgeon tell me “you don’t want big breasts”….idiot, yes I do! This is Dallas!

@badabing88:

@Mimoza:  I had the same issue, the surgeon telling me I don’t want to go too big. His definition of too big was a freaking large B…I am like dude, wtf am I paying you for then?!

@RTC_KLC:  Unless they come up with specific medical reasons (back pain, etc) for why one shall not have big boobs, I want no part of it. Keep your opnions on physical preferences for your mating partners, thank you very much.

@RTC_KLC: @Mimoza:  LMAO don’t worry: I was referred by a friend with 800cc implants to a great surgeon. I’m not going *that* big, but at least I know this doctor won’t act like a little vagina about it.
