I like number 3 best. The first seems very busy and then the second, not busy enough. Though that is probably because its in between 1 & 3. Its looks like 1 & 3 are the same design but the design is moved further down on the page, being able to see more of the two of you. You could probably even go black on the second set of text. It might pop a little more.
I agree, 3 seems like a good blend.
i think 3 gets it just right! it's not as busy as 1 but has more oomph than 2. I think the design looks great! As long as you're still tinkering with the wording, I suggest inviting guests to "please join us as we say I do" for aesthetic reasons and because I think it sounds more inviting. but i'm no invite guru. i do think you've done a wonderful job, though!
This may be nitpicky, but is there anyway you can fix the shadow on your face? It kinda looks funny.
I like you in front of the swirls vs behind, but that is totally my personal preference - I don't think the other looks bad or anything!
I agree that #1 covers up too much, #2 doesn't have enough, and #3 is the best. I would still reduce the graphics on you guys some. For example, that one last swirl thats coming up over your fiances shirt sleeve kinda bugs me. Keep it only over the lower half of you guys.
Our wedding is in June 2012 and we want to creat a video invite...the friend who is supposed to help us with that asks that we come up with an idea and I cant think of ANYTHING at ALL!!! Any ideas when you did yours? I want it to be creative and sweet! HELP!

I agree with Circus Peanut - I voted for #3, but what I really like about #2 is you in front of the swirl. Looks great! :)

Hey Ladies,
Ok I've been slaving away on the design for my invites for about 6 hours now and I need HELP! So here's the deal... we are doing a destination beach ceremony with approx. 10-15 friends and family members. We created a stop motion video invite and I'm trying to design the cover of the DVD case. It's going to be a casual ceremony with dinner after so I'm not looking for anything formal. I'm also not totally sold on the wording I came up with but threw it in just so I can see how it looks with text.
I've been working on this in Photoshop for what feels like days, so I would really appreciate a fresh set of eyes to take a look and give me some feedback :)
