Blue by Enzoani has some silky organza dresses that might be something you want to check into. I'm not sure about the price range, though. I think they usually run in the $1000-1500. Here are some styles that I really like and hope to try on myself:

I saw it featured on this blog - http://www.jasminestarblog.com/index.cfm?postID=914&ponte-winery-wedding-bree-zack and thought the bottom/top were gorgeous!
I did try on this dress - which is when I knew I wanted that organza feel. I'm a little concern the flowers look like a 5-grade art project and that the bust isn't flattering. The are really stiff - almost like paper. I don't know the designer...wish I did.
What do you think of this one?
@basil04 - I agree that you can do much better than that dress...the flowers are a bit much.
That is exactly what I want! Have you found your dress yet? You probably already ordered one, but I know that WTOO has some similar to that, like the desdemonda. I can't find what Im looking, unless I found a Dora in a store near me for $1000.

Help! I need help finding an inexpensive organza - type fit n' flare dress, without ruffles. Has anyone seen that style?
We're getting married in a park - so I want it to be light and airy. My mom lives across the country - so I've been having to do the dress shopping alone. I've taken so long - I need to order soon and I'm freaking out because I haven't really seen that style.
I like Melissa Sweet Dora - so I'm looking for something similar but less than $1K.
I'd love to hear your suggestions!
