Download the file for Cards Against Humanity(http://cardsagainsthumanity.com/), get to Staples and have them print and cut it for you, get a copy of Despicable Me, get some wine and cheese, and have an “I hate the World” party.

@Duncan:  You could also get some skinny Crayola markers and a pack of paper and play pictionary…but make your own clues.  We used to do that in college and it was pretty much the most fun ever.

You could play a drinking game with the movie Up…the first person to start bawling has to chug everyone’s drinks.

Do you really have cards against humanity???  Because it’s amazing but so so weird.  And hard to play with people who don’t get it.

@Duncan:

@peachacid:

Cards Against Humanity is the best!!!  It makes everyone who plays it into a terrible person, but that’s the beauty of it.

This might sound cliche, but flowers….not in a roses-and-chocolate kind of way, but some really brightly colored happy flowers like sunflowers.  And maybe that’s totally not her style, but bright flowers always make me smile.

As for things to do, what about makeshift karaoke or something?  Nothing like drunk-belting something cheesy like Journey or Bon Jovi at the top of your lungs to make you feel better.

If you register with Amazon you can add the extension packs for Cards Against Humanity to your list…which I did, of course.  I got one of them!!!  Best registry gift ever…except for the X-Files magnets I got.  *dances*

OOOOH just watch X-Files.  How can that NOT cheer someone up??
