There's a great little bakery here that just opened up in South Lake Tahoe, the Sugar Pine Bakery. Maybe you could find something there?
Or maybe have the bakery at the Cork and More make you something. They do a lot of great desserts and bite-sized sweets like chocolate-covered strawberries! You could call and ask if they have any ideas...
Thank you for the suggestions. I don’t mind edible favors, but it can’t really be sweet. Diabetes runs in both my and my FI’s family (and his family doesn’t eat a lot of sweets anyway).
Any other ideas?
when i think of tahoe i always think of those bumper stickers that say "keep tahoe blue" or something like that. those would be cool if the proceeds go to the preservation of the lake!

I’ve been trying to think of a favor idea for my wedding, but I’ve been drawing a blank. I’d like something that really tahoe-esque. Something local that really represents the area. I’d prefer something edible, but I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t. Any ideas?
