Have you tried any higher-end fabric stores?  Some of those carry GORGEOUS fabrics similar to those styles in the picture.  A lot of them can make a pillow for you or you can do it yourself.

I typically don’t see that nice of fabrics at places like JoAnn’s but a lot of cities have home or fabric stores that are a bit pricier but the fabrics are MUCH better quality or have a more modern selection.

For instance, here is one that might have more of the type you’re looking for

@jpalm13:  Do you sew? The fabric is Shanghai Peacock by Schumacher. It would take about 1/2 yd to make the pillow.

The fabric comes in three color ways.

@jpalm13:  I’m not that good at tracking down the designer (glad someone is better than me!), but maybe that’s why the pillow is so expensive!

How about getting it in a lumbar pillow (long and skinny) for only $65?  Exact same print.

    Here, via Etsy

Have you checked Spoonflower or Hawthorne Threads for similar fabric?

Also, I’d check on Etsy and ebay for cut yardage… might be a chance you can find it cheaper.

Check Emma One Sock to see if this is a fabric they happened to catch a bit of.

[ETA] And BTW – if you do a smaller, 9″ pillow (a 1/4 of a yard) then your fabric will only cost about $40 for a quarter of a yard. You may even be able to match the pattern and sew an extra piece of the same fabric on to one end to extend the dimensions a bit (if you have enough fabric).
