I have always been into fitness and working out but since we have gotten back from our honey moon I have been one lazy lady! I have gained 10lbs since our wedding in January and I am not happy about it!
I am making a public declaration that I am getting back in shape immediately! 🙂
My husband is has been really into CrossFit for the past year and a half. I have been to a few classes but I am giving some thought to joining for real. Anyone else into CrossFit here?
I have been a CoreFusion member for quite some time but I just am not nearly as into it as I used to be. I feel like the barre classes are so bad for my knees and hips. Anyone else have that experience?
Ok. So starting today, the workout routine and better diet begin! Wish me luck, please!
