OMG me TOOOO! Are you on Myfitnesspal? I could use a buddy! I have to get my tubal reversed so made my appointment but the surgery wont be for a few months. Thats good because it is going to take me until next April I figure before I have lost te weight.  My screen name on MFP is talentjar  if you want to look for me and send me a message I have a great support group! πŸ™‚

I was able to lose about 20 lbs on weight watchers between my first and second child. And for me the rumor was true, losing the weight from the second baby was way harder. My sneaky work out tip is to add lots of mini workouts throughout the day. 3 ten minute walks throughout the day is so mucb easier to manage than 30 minutes at one time. Good luck!

Crossfit & Paleo… these are my best advice! They are also my path to losing the last 25 that I need to ditch before we are ready for TTC!

After I had DS I hung on to an extra 20-30 pounds for 9 months. I finally got fed up and started tracking calories. My diet (and specifically sticking to my calories for the day regardless of what I ate) was the most important factor in losing weight. If I splurged on a snickers, I just logged the calories and still stayed within my net calorie range for that day. I also ate back whatever calories I burned, usually at least 60-75% of whatever the machine or app told me I had burned. I rode stationary bike until it warmed up, then started running.

I lost 30 pounds in 3 months sticking to my calorie goal, and have lost another 12 in the last few weeks. Only 8-10 to go.

If you can, walk while she’s napping. Even better, do couch to 5k with her in the stroller. My friend did that for an hour every day and lost tons of weight without giving up time with her kid.
