Since i got my dress and shoes i have to get my accessories together now. I was hoping to wear ivory pearls but now that my dress came in, i don’t think its ivory and since my shoes are pink, and my bouquet will be ivory, greens and pinks. i was thinking of going with something like this necklace, but, i don’t wwant to look stupid
please be honest and give me your opinions please.
One, is it ok to wear ivory and white together or should i just go with the pink necklace and earrings and dress.

I LOVE pink… but I dont quite think this is bridal enough for my taste.
Are your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses or flowers pink?

Can you post a picture of the ivory necklace too for comparison?
My initial reaction is: Wow, that’s very pink! I think if you had a smaller necklace with small pink gems, it might work. But that large of a necklace with big stones like that…I’m not a fan. It looks gaudy; I prefer classic.
If you normally wear big statement necklaces like that in bold colors, then I think it’d be okay because it would be a true reflection of who you are. But if you’re a more classic person, pearls would be the way to go.
As for wearing ivory pearls with a white dress, I don’t see any problem with that. They’re in the same ballpark, and I don’t think anyone would expect you to wear pearls that perfectly matched the shade of your dress. Pearls are naturally almost always an off-white shade.

@junkpicker: Even thou I LOVE pink….it’s not really something I would pair with a wedding dress…
You asked for honest opinions…..sorry it just doesn’t scream bridal to me. I think is it wasn’t sooo much pink maybe a mix of pink/clear would look a little more bridal
Maybe something like this?
