@Ringer101: I can see the pic, but now I'm wondering ... how do you plan on wearing it?
Hey, I like this. Where is it from? LOL I think it would go great with my dress. LOL
BTW--- It's beautifuL!
Hi all, thank you all for your comments. It's 7" x 2.5". I actually made it by myself, so I am not so sure whether it looks good or bad...
I bought the lace from the ebay and sewed the beads on. The original lace is as picture below.
I'm not so sure whether I'll wear it or not. But if I will, I'll probably wear it like one of the following pictures. (FYI: I have dark brown hairs.)

It's beautiful. And I like it worn in the 2nd style you posted.
Well done DIY!
beautiful! I can't believe you sewed the beads on! How long did that take you?
@alheur: Thank you for your kind words. It's actually not difficult to make one if you know how to sew a button on a piece of cloth. I highly encourage you to make one for yourself. You can easily find all of the materials online!
I made this because I saw a small piece of lace with a few beads on it costs $450 (pre-tax) in a bridal accessories store, so I tried to make one as well. The materials are very cheap, but it's very time-consuming... (It's good for someone who needs sort of art therapy to reduce stress.)
OOH!!! I love that first picture of the girl with the lace in her hair! Amazing!
@lanipapillon: Hi, I didn't keep working on it, so it's hard to say how much time it took. I made this when I was watching TV. Originally, I didn't plan to sew so many beads on it, but I guess I might watch too much TV...
@Ringer101: I'll give it a go.. thanks for the wonderful idea!
It'll look beautiful on you on your wedding day :) Plus, it's something you can be very proud of
I like the second picture that you posted of hairstyles more than the first - but would your piece be too big to do that?
You did a GREAT job sewing those beads on!
@Ringer101: wow, you have done an amazing job. i like it worn as in the second picture.
It's very pretty - and I love how it looks in the first picture - very unusual!
I love it! I've done nearly exactly the same but have used swarovski crystals instead. I think they look amazing! Have you attached a comb to the back or are you planning on having it hair-gripped on? I lovelovelove yours (and mine!) but am unsure as to how to wear it! Im thinking now like your pic two, as I am havign a cathedral mantilla veil for the ceremony (makign this at present)
I love it! it looks AMAZE!
I can't believe you MADE that! Well done :-)
i wore a hair piece so I am automatically a fan
I love it, and I love how it is worn in the 2nd pic !
@Ringer101: Yeah, this is awesome. I will be making a birdcage veil with something like this on the base! You could sell these for a good chunk of change!
