Oh, you are in luck! There is an awesome bridal store near your area that I ordered my MOB gown from. (I'm in Oregon.) They have unbelievable prices, and the gowns are very well made. Their on-line shop is www.keepmeinstitches.biz but their "brick & mortar" store looks like it's in scottdale, PA. That store is Rowan Bridal. I felt absolutely gorgeous in my plus-sized gown-and I am still getting compliments 1.5 years later. Only downside: I usually wear a 2X and I had to order a 5X for my tummy. So you may want to prepare her for that-or just don't let her look at the size tags! :)

Please help! My MOH is plus sized (approx. size 18) and I really want her to be able to try on the bridesmaid dresses and share in the fun of picking them out. I have called a few local dress stores and cannot find any that have plus sized samples. I refuse to take her to a salon that only stocks samples up to a size 12, which is really an 8. It's humiliating and pointless. I know that David's carries plus sizes, but I have not found a dress or color there that I like. I am looking for a store in central/northern New Jersey or eastern Pennsylvania. Does anyone know of a place, other than David's, that carries plus sized bridesmaid dresses in my area?
