I'm DIY-ing most of my wedding, & trying to seriously cut costs on everything else, since I'm paying for the wedding pretty much on my own.  Do you guys know of any websites with cheap invitations?  Thanks!! :)

Cheap is actually a broad term, can you be a little more specific? How much would you be comfortable spending on the invitations? The cheapest invitations are sent via email like www.paperlesspost.com . The cheapest paper you can get are probably DIY kits at Michaels. But there are also inexpensive printed invitations you can order online. I used eInvite (and saved 20% going through CostCo's website). There are lots of others too.

I ordered my invitations from Vistaprint.  They turned out beautifully and were very afforable - around $90 for 70 invitations.

Personally, if I were on a tight budget, and shoot, if I could go back and do it again this is what I would do:

Design something that fit my wedding on a free design wesbite or download some free software to design something. Personally, I'd use www.picnik.com to create a fun design using a picture of us.

I would upload it to Ritz Pix and have them sent to my house. I choose Ritz because you can get 25 free 4x6s if you are a new customer. Enter RPNEW25 at checkout. If you spend more than $30 shipping is free. Then all you need is envelopes and viola! Very personal and inexpensive!  http://www.ritzpix.com/net/Default.aspx

I don't know how feasible this is for you, but you should consider using rubber stamps and making your own. That's what I'm doing, but I've done stamping before. This website has awesome stuff: http://www.frogswhiskersink.com/

I am not sure if you have a Michaels in your area but they have some really great invitations where you assemble and print them yourself.  They come on sale for 40% off and look really nice.  I think the cost on sale would work out to about a little under $1 per invite.

Weddingpaperdivas.com has beautiful invitations, some just over $1.00. They are wonderful quality, and check the home page of their website because 9 out of 10 times they have a sale going on! I got 20% off my order, and my invites were BEAUTIFUL.

I bought my DIY invitations at Hobby Lobby when they had 50% off wedding supplies.  I got 200 invititations, envelopes, reply cards for only $80.  Of course I had to print them out myself, but I just used my computer at home.

If you want to have them printed for you so that all you have to do is put an address on them, the cheapest site I'd found while searching around was this one:  http://www.vponsale.com/invitations/

However, I found that Michael's wedding invitation kits with 40% off coupons definitely trumped that in cost!  I got 90 for $60!

I got 200 invitations at Walmart for $80 dollars. I swapped out the envelopes for some cheapies I found at a paper store (200 for 10 dollars) they look way more expensive than they are and no one believes me when I say they came from walmart!

@june42011: Were they DIY kits or did you go to Walmart to get them printed?

I'm not sure if you're looking to DIY the invites? Ann's Bridal Bargains has a lot of nice options, I had a friend get invites from there and they were inexpensive and very nice.
