Christain Bees, I’ve seen some marvelous Christ-centered words of wisdom from you and I really need your help. I’m having a very difficult and depressing engagement and I need to get my mind right. I need encouragement, words of wisdom, even if they are hard words to hear.
If you would, head over to this post I wrote since I couldn’t sleep last night… http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/how-do-i-make-the-best-of-my-wedding-blues#axzz2dA5Yq5ze
FYI, I mention a lot of bad things that have happened, but really, it’s just the fact that I have to give up my dog that everything seems so insurmountable.

@wvrunner: I noticed you’re in Marietta. Our house is up for rent in Barlow, I’m not sure if anyone has rented it yet but I know they are dog-friendly…don’t know if you already gave your dog up but I thought it was worth a shot.

@boogiewoogies: I’m not sure if my Fiance has signed the lease with our new apartment yet or not, but that might work…do they allow large dogs? My dog is a 65lb vizsla.

@wvrunner: I’m sorry that you have had so much trouble during your wedding planning.. ESP with your dog I would be devastated as well.. Since your posting in the Christian broad you have a spiritual desire and want some spiritual direction.. As I was reading your story the thought that came to mind was in the Bible book of Matthew 6:22- “the lamp of the Body is the eye. If then, your eye is simple, your whole body will be bright… And the reason I shared this with you is BC I kno planning a wedding is hard and time consuming an difficult to deal with so many ppl and personalities, here Jesus is admonishing us to keep our lives simple.. And you can apply this to planning your wedding as well and it still can be a wonderful and joyful occasion.
