Needing some SERIOUS Motivation

I gained right before mine too. Stress. Really, really watch what you’re eating and really watch carbs and grazing and alcohol. Try to take some de stress time. I gained like 8lbs. :

I tacked pics of myself (pics of when I was a fat ass) onto the fridge and next to them I placed photo of how I look when I take care of myself.  it normally helps BUT only if I’m home ! For real though, I find giving yourself one tiny treat a day ; one Hershey kiss , 5 jelly beans takes away temptation of digging in to unhealthy foods.  Another thing that helps is eating less more frequently but I’m site you know all of this! Try to get a little exercise it will help the stress and probably decrease some cravings .
