@Payless:  I am going to tell you what everyone has been telling me…calm down. Relax. And dont forget to breathe.

now, to stop freaking out, sit down after you are fully relaxed, and make a list of everything that needs to be done. Most kmportant make sure everything is finalized with all your vendors. Try on your dress to make sure you dont need anymore alterations. My wedding is tomorrow and I only got to take home my dress on tuesday. And if your wondering, am I calm..for the most part lol I am nervous, I just want everything to go smoothly abd I dont want to fall going down the aisle hahaha these are my concerns. But back to you. Make a list, its helpful

@Payless:  awe hugs, don’t worry it was just a dream…. side not when ever ppl really have pizza at weddings its epic and everyone loves it 😛 (its true plus i thought you might crack a smile)

thats great your gonna take some notes …. last wedding i was part of we did the ceremony around 4ish wraped up 5ish … they went for photos and we the party and family chatted with guests thru the cocktail hour (witch was like an hour half b.c. they wanted lots of photos at a speical place a lil drive away)

it was all in the same venue but if yours is not having games or something for ppl to do is good if its out door bring some lawn games … indoor  make up some ice breakers or leave cards and things for ppl who are not dancers *for later* most ppl visit on teh cockatail hour but some will play

if you have kids coming make sure to make games and fun things for them like sorta like a good bag of activities for kids it will save them running around like crazy

i don’t know if that helps at all lol but maybe ;D have an amazing wedding in a few weeks 😀

@Payless:  Hello date twin (and possible fellow military spouse…when you said TMO it made me think that you may be with a military man!) I am having the same nightmares.  I had a dream that I arrived at the venue to get dressed, with my hair undone and no make up in only to find that nothing was set up and it didn’t even look like a wedding would be taking place that day!  I think this is normal.  I find that making contact with my vendors and working on my RSVP tally makes me feel better, it reassures me that I’ve go tthis organized!! 🙂

I have nightmares all the time.

Just take a breath and make a list of things to do. Don’t concentrate on writing everything down becasue we sometimes forget. But make sure you have the list available to you at all times so you can add things as they pop to your head. Than once you are sure that you are not missing anything, make a schedule of when you will work on these things (specially if you have DIY projects to do).  You can even write it in the calendar and cross things off as they are done.

This way it will give you some peace of mind.

@Payless:  Mine is Air Force too 🙂  I spoke with my venue today, they wanted the contact info for my caterer, because they want to contact him and discuss set up, etc. Yea, someone else worrying about details too!! 🙂

@Payless:  No we’re in Colorado Springs…Paul is stationed at Schriever. I’m lucky because I work in the military system as a civilian, which gives me lots of opprotunity to meet people!  But we live off base which is how I like it too!
