Ok...so my dress is Alfred Angelo 2117. I REALLLLY wanted a super fitted dress that POPS at the bottom. I bought the "fluffiest" mermaid slip (not sure if thats the REAL word for it) that the store had to offer. It has 3 layers of stiff tule. HOWEVER, I want it to have MORE volume and I've already pd almost $200 for just the slip... :/ Is there any way to add more layers, or a hoop or ??? I have to hurry and fix this over the weekend because I need to get it taken up at bottom and she needs to know how much!! Can you help PLEASE!!!??? Any suggestions?????
