I actually went to that exact resort for my friends wedding last year! Absolutely amazing. So beautiful and the staff treats you like royalty! Cannot wait to go back 🙂 Try as much food as you can (soooooo good). They put on shows every night. I recommend the catamaran tour (booze cruise). We had a blast on that.

We had a wonderful vacation at Breezes Grand Negril which I believe is right next to the Couples resort. It’s a beautiful area. The best thing we did was higher a local fisherman to take us out fishing one morning. The gentleman who took us out was named Mandella I believe and he was the kindest man and even took the time to bait my hook and everything for me. If you walk up and down the beach where the resorts are located you’ll be able to find him (or other fishermen/boats for charter). Our resort also cooked up the fish we caught for us to eat that night!

If you’re looking to get off the resort, we had a delicious (and inexpensive!) dinner at a restaurant called Just Natural. They had the best mojitos I’ve ever had!

Enjoy your stay!

amazing place…. you will have the best time.   There is SO much to do on the resort you may not want to leave.

There are so many excursions to take as well.    Although we haven’t visited Floyds Pelican Bar yet, we plan to when we go in April.   It’s a man-made bar made out of drift wood out in the ocean, you take a boat out for a few hours and just hang out.   Check it out on Youtube.

We stay at Couples Negril which is a few resorts down from CSA, and we have only left the resort once to go on one excursion.   The booze cruise is fun.

we never made it into the town of Negril yet but plan to next time.

people seem to enjoy the trip to Ricks Cafe which isn’t far.   As well as YS Falls.   Dunns River is way over in Ocho Rios which is like a 3 hour drive.

If you go on the Couples Website, you can sign up for Romance Rewards, and when you check in you can give them your assigned number, and they apply it to your account, and when you return again you get different perks depending on your points.   You can also use this to sign up for Trading Places, and you can take a day and spend it over at Couples Negril enjoying their facilities as well.

The Couples resorts have a forum you can check out with lots of great tips. We went to Sans Souci but only heard great things about Negril! The people and vibe at our resort was really fantastic. I think you would love it!

Yes, we’ve been to CSA!  Actually, that’s where my fiance proposed and we’ll be returning in August to get married and enjoy our honeymoon!  It is a beautiful place and the employees are amazing!  There’s so much to do, but you can also just enjoy being lazy on the beach or out in the ocean!!

I would recommend making reservations for Lemongrass and Feathers when you arrive, but avoid planning much more than that!  LOL.  Just relax!

We spent a lot of time in the lounge listening to Ultimate Chocolate!  So much fun!!  Try the snorkeling and definitely try Sea Grapes (awesome food).  We went on the shopping trip they offer just so we could buy cheaper coffee.  Definitely good for better deals on stuff like that.  I would recommend getting a massage at the spa too 🙂 Very relaxing!!  We also went to the bonfire…very nice!

Don’t worry, you’ll find lots to do if you want to!

I stayed at couples Negril and let me tell you, it was a dream!  First of all, Negril is the place to go if you wanna go to Jamaica and you really want a great beach.  The water is crazy turquoise blue and crystal clear.  The food was amazing as well.  The resort isnt huge but it was better that way, not too much walking to get to the places we needed.  Another thing I loved about it was that it had a catamaran cruise included with the hotel that took you to Rick’s Cafe.  The person I was on vacation with jumped off the cliff!  Underneath the cliff was AMAZING!  AT Couples, the staff wouldn’t let you tip!  We had to hide all of the tips we wanted to give the bartenders because they were great!  Try the bob marly and def hit up margaritaville.  Its right on the beach and its always a party.

Our honeymoon was in Montego Bay Jamaica, but we went into Negril a couple of times. Both MB and Negril are beautiful 🙂
