I am about to see my SO for the first time in 2 months. I am so happy and excited to see him...but I'm also NERVOUS. Anybody else get like that? Tell me I'm not crazy! And how do I deal with this because it seems like the nerves have been getting worse all day!

Yes!! I used to feel the same way when I saw SO after spending 3-4+ months apart. Just embrace the feeling, it's like crazy butterflies in your stomach.

Don't worry, he probably feels the same way. Now that I live with SO I don't get the feeling anymore, so I guess enjoy this part of your relationship - the crazy excitement and nervousness!

My SO and I see each other about once a year.  The first time I saw him after being apart for nearly a year I was SO NERVOUS we left the airport without my bag.

For the first few hours we were together we just smiled like goofballs.

My advice is make sure you have all your belongings :)

I used to get so nervous I'd shake or get chills!  But after hugging and kissing and then gluing myself to his arm while walking out of the terminal most of it goes away.  You get used to it the more it happens

YES. It's so weird to see each other again after 4+ months apart. We both get super nervous, and we're actually both super awkward for the first five minutes because we just don't know how to act physically around one another. Then after those five minutes pass and we give each other a big smooch, all is well and it is like we were never apart!
