Watch what you eat, drink lots of water, try to get some gym time in.  You’ll be fine – I know you’ll look gorgeous in the dress!!

My dress was WAY tight, so I know what you mean. Just try to relax, drink lots of water and stay away from salty food. Don’t over restrict, because that could trigger a binge and undo your work! Lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, and complex carbs!

You can definately do this 🙂 And I’m sure you are going to look beautiful…

  • Try to get in some workouts at least 30 minutes of cardio a day
  • eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going (small meals)
  • Stick to lean Proteins, green veggies & keep some complex carbs in the beginning of the day
  • Great foods to incorporate as they serve as natural diuretics: Asparagus & Grapefruit
  • Drinks Lots of water..

Sample menu:

Breakfast: 5-6 eggwhites, spinach & piece of Ezikiel bread

Mid Morning snack: 1/2 Grapefruit & some almonds or Strawberries & some almonds

Lunch:  Grilled Chix, Asparagus & 1/4 Avacado or substitute avacado (healthy fat) for a complex carb such as 4oz sweet potatoe

Mid Afternoon Snack: 3 oz chix & some almonds or 1/4 avacado

Dinner: 5oz Tilapia or another type of fish, Green Veggies & some olive oil

Lots of Water!!
