I ordered dresses from them in November. They aren't out of business. :) I have had absolutely no problems with them so far. Dresses aren't supposed to be here until next month though.
The girls' dresses shipped today and will be here Friday! That's over a month early. I'll let you know how they look! :)

How did you place your orders? I just took a look at their online order form and it seems a little confusing. Did you put all your girls dresses in there? I have a few girls who want to pay with their own credit cards. Did you do this, and if so, how did you designate what amount should go on which card in the online form? Or did you call in your order??

I ordered my wedding dress from Netbride in November and it arrived to me two weeks ago, two months earlier than expected!
I would highly recommend them. Also, use their price match guarantee!

I am also considering ordering my wedding dress from Netbride. Does anyone know why there were the rumors it closed? I saw it mostly from The Bridal Blacklist.
Also, how long did it take for you to get a quote on your dress? I'm probably being impatient since I only emailed them yesterday, but I couldn't get ahold of them on the phone either. Anyway, just curious. Thanks for any help.
@iszyrose: It usually takes them two to three days to get back to you via email. If you want an immediate response, I would call them. They usually pick up the first time I call. My bridal gown came and there was some loose beading on it. They asked me to send it back and it was fixed right away. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Netbride at the end of January and should receive them sometime before May.
I don't know anything about a rumor of them being closed, but I can tell you they're open. I ordered my dress from them about a month ago, so I'm just impatiently waiting for it to come in! But the order experience was great, they're total champs at customer service. Don't stress if the order form is confusing, they email and double check everything with you before they put it through. Alleycat, I'm not sure how you would work multiple payments-- could the girls just pay you back or something? They may have a way, though, I don't know.
I think they got back to me for quotes within 24 hours, and then for another quote there was a bit of a hold-up and it took maybe 3 days? Something like that.
i ordered my bridesmaid dresses from netbride and they came in in january - before the end date. they were perfect!
I think if the girls want to pay with their own credit card then you will have to do separate orders for each girl. You will have to pay for shipping on each order. Best bet is to front the money, send to one address and have the girls pay you back.
Also, upon delivery of your dress, UPS needs a signature. Make sure you send it to a place where someone will be able to sign for you.
Yep, I sent them an email for time-scale of a wedding dress I'm in love with, they replied me then, so they're def. on business ;-)
I just ordered from them and they have been extremely helpful and timely with emails. Our dresses are supposed to come in in May.
Also, there is a place on the order form to add additional credit card information. You put the credit number and the amount to that card in this section. You have to add extra fees though per extra card. Can't remember how much they are.

Has anyone ordered recently from netbride.com? I have seen a lot of good reviews, but many are a year or more older. When I googled netbride one site came up that said they were going out of business in May 2011?! I don't know if I trust that though.
So, if you've ordered (and received) gowns from netbride recently, please share your experience! I'm thinking of ordering the BM dresses from here but I'm nervous.
