So far I've had a great experience with RK Bridal. I tried Netbride, but they quoted me $30.00 more per dress, and then they told me that RK shouldn't sell me the dress for as cheap as the are...? I didn't get it because RK has been around a long time and also has a good reputation, so I trust them. But at least Netbride got back to me quickly!
It is nice to have good service- especially when you're coordinating buying dresses for several bridesmaids and trying to make everyone happy.
I used them for my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses. They were awesome to work with.
I also ordered bridesmaids dressed through them. I thought the handwritten card was a nice touch! I'm really hoping our dresses come in early too, since right now they are scheduled to come in exactly a month before the wedding, and I'd like more time for alterations.

as everybody knows, because of the budget thing, I am seriously considering get my wedding gown from HOB or netbride online store. My concern is whether those dresses are from the actual designer or they are just knockoffs???
can anyone tell me please? I read someone from this forum said that her dress was not the same fabric and colour as the original in some boutique. I am not really intereswted in getting knockoffs, I want the original designer dress for much less than form a bridal boutique.

They are the real thing. I got my BM dresses in last week and they are true Bill Levkoff dresses, with the tag and everything. You can call and speak with them also and ask about the authenticity of the actual wedding gowns and gaurantees.

First, they spend forever on the phone with me and walk me through the form in the nicest way possible. Then I get a hand-written card thanking me for using them. They always return my emails quickly. Then I had a bridesmaid move and thought there was no way I could change the shipping address. But they worked with me and did it, and sent me the updated shipping form. Then the very next day, today, I get a notification they are all being shipped and will arrive OVER A MONTH EARLY.
What a great company. Anyone else have a good or bad experience with online ordering?
