Netbride is awesome. They are completely legit. Houseofbrides.com, I have heard negative AND positive things about, but I didn't really check into them very much after I found out about Netbride.
You could also try Pearls Place or Jays Bridal. I ordered my wedding dress from Jays. I've heard some Great things about Pearls. They actually had my dress cheaper than Jays did, but I didn't find that out until after I ordered it.
Don't use House of Brides!
I ordered a dress in August for my sisters wedding in Decemeber. They said it would come in mid November, by December 1st I had no dress and customer service was AWFUL! I went out and found a dress at Macy's which fortunately worked. They overnighted the dress the day BEFORE my sister's wedding. How would I have ever had time for alterations?
Ugh. Now I'm 150 dollars in the hole.
I'm also considering netbrides.com. I've yet to find a negative review.
A friend of mine used houseofbrides.com for a wedding in August 2009. We wore Bill Levkoff for our friend's wedding. I didn't go through the website--it made me too nervous--but she got the dress in time.
HOWEVER, be careful when you order! I went through a bridal shop for my dress because I wanted to get measured for my dress. I also didn't want to put my trust into a website that I hadn't heard much about (I can be a little paranoid at times!). When I got measured for my Bill Levkoff dress, my three measurements (bust, hips, thighs) all equated to a different dress size. I ended up ordering a dress that was either 2 or 3 sizes bigger than my normal size. It sucked, but I was glad I did! The friend that ordered off of HouseofBrides.com didn't do that and they had to find someone to sew in extra panels of fabric.

Has anyone used either of these sites to order Bill Levkoff bridesmaid dresses? I know people say to make sure they are a true retailer of the designer, but I have no idea how to check that out..
Any help or opinions would be great!!! :)
