To me, this candle is perfect! I would love to do this project! I’ve never done diy projects and I’m not a DIY bride … but now I kinda wonder if I could actually be crafty enough to complete something like this … without it looking like a kingergartener did it.

I think this could be pretty easy to do. I would cut flowers out of wallpaper and mod podge it on, just don’t put the mod podge too close to the wick and then get rick rack and hot glue it on. It would be cool cause you could make it match your colors.

Does the mod podge dry clear? WHat happens? It looks like it vanished.

That is so cute! I wonder if rub ons will work. Let us know how they turn out.

I was thinking rub ons too and they have so many options for those!

My mom has made candles just like that. If you can find a rubber stamp of the type of flower you want, and color it nicely enough all you have to do is cut it out, and then attach it. I’ll ask her for more detailed directions, but she’s made stamped candles that are smaller for her kids for holidays.(she’s a teacher)

If you can’t find wall paper that will work, you could also use fabric with a large floral print. 🙂
