So I left a copmany just shy of two weeks ago I left mainly because I didn’t care for the job after working there for 10 days. When I was hired in I was told that it took three weeks for your paycheck to come though. On Monday, I will be at week five. Because I been waiting I started to get anxious about not recieving any pay, I started to do some research into the parent copmany. Yeah, I guess there been some on going lawsuits on the fact that the copmany doesn’t like to pay. I guess I wonder if maybe anyone else came across this issue?
P.S parent copmany is Cydcor

@tynakinnon: Depending on when you left in the pay cycle it can delay payment. In addition if it’s under a certain amount they may insist on cutting you a paper check which can take longer. If they have a history of not paying then contact others and be prepared to be a squeaking wheel. Try calling payroll and human resources directly. Your former boss has no vested interest in helping you. Make sure to document every contact you have with anyone at the company (who you talk to, when you talk to them, how you talked to them (phone, e-mail, etc), and what was said by both you and them) in case the records are ever needed (you never know).
