"Plum Pout." I had hoped it would have been a deep berry stain but it turned out to be an awesome red!
I recently discovered Coastal Scents (www.coastalscents.com) and I am in love with their products! In particular, I really like the stippling brush they carry. It sheds a bit but applies liquid foundation wonderfully. I believe it was ballpark $8 a fraction of the cost of a department store stippling brush! I just ordered their 88 Warm Palette and I'm hoping to get it before FI and I take off for Thanksgiving.
I just recently discovered LORAC lip/cheek stain. Oh where has it been all my life?? Love it!! Stay on all day and gives such a great natural flush to my cheeks. It's kinda pricey at nearly $30 for a bottle. But I've been using it for a month everyday and it doesnt even looked like I used it, so I'm sure it'll be in my makeup bag for a while.
I used to love those CG lipstains...but they dried out sooo quickly! Like half the ones I bought at the store (sealed and everything) were dry when I opened them. Boo. Whatever shad 420 is (its on my desk now) it's a great natural pinky lip color that just ever so naturally darkens you lips.
I have been really wanting to try the new Bare Minerals Matte. If I get it this weekend I'll let you know! I'm lovin' the Body Shop "Lippies" Cranberry Shimmer lip gloss. So yummy, not sticky, beautiful sheer red with sparkles. Love it!

Has anyone come across a new beauty product that they are excited about?? I thought it might be good idea to have a thread where people can talk about new beauty finds that might work for some other gals/guys in the hive. Here's mine:
I compulsively buy lip products; lip balm, gloss, stain, etc. Don't know what it is (maybe because the colors are so pretty) but I can't help but pick up a new shade when I go shopping. Funny thing is, I don't wear anything on a daily basis, but I'm just so darned picky when I do. Anyway, I was on my way to a wedding this Saturday, when I stopped by a CVS to pick up some mascara. I walked through the aisle to see what else I could find and spotted Outlast Lip Stain by Cover Girl and I grabbed one in Plum Pout (425). I was so excited to try it on that I put it on as I drove to the wedding, in the dark (not recommended).
When I got there I looked in the mirror and I was shocked--it was the best red I have ever worn. Not only that, but I never had to apply it again all night. It didn't flake and the color didn't fade. I got so many compliments and people asking me what I was wearing that I thought I should share it here too. And it might be a great option for brides who are worried about reapplying lipstick all night.
