@viloy101:  I have not had any personal experiance with that website, however I did do a google search for reviews. Most of the reviews seem positive… although I did run into scamadviser.com that suggest the website may not be safe to use..

The most alarming part for me was the fact that the website is less than a year old.

When comparing that website to dressilyme, there seems to be a much lower risk with dressilyme.com

If you find a dress that you like very much, I would consider trying to find it on ebay so you can pay with paypal, both ebay & paypal have some pretty strict rules when you don’t receive a quality item or the item you purchased.. and given that dresswe.com is a chinese shop, the chance of finding those dresses elsewhere are extremely likely.

@viloy101:  I’ve purchase many, many items off ebay, but I have not purchased a dress. The best thing about ebay/paypal is that if you don’t recieve the item in a timely manner, or its damaged, or just not anything like the pictures, you can open a ticket and most of the time get your money back.

One of my first wedding purchases were some artifical flowers, I had purchaed all of my bouquets, corsages, ect on ebay for around $125. When they arrived they were HORRIBLE. The flowers were dirty/scuffed up even though they were all wrapped indivually, and the boxes they arrive in was fine. They also looked nothing like the pictures. They were actually quite horrid. I opened a paypal claim, included pictures and reasons on why I felt i didn’t get what I paid for, and was refunded the full amount, and got to keep the flowers [not that I wanted them.. but I surely didn’t want to pay for return shipping].

You just need to do a little research on your sellers.. I wouldn’t purchase a wedding dress from anyone on ebay that had less than 200 reviews, honestly. And a few bad reviews are OKAY depending on what they say. Just need to use your judgement.

not sure if you have orderd already but I have orderd 11 different dresses (over 12 months) from http://www.lightinthebox.com and never had a problem, my sister has ordered from jjshouse.com and her evening gown is just devine.  And I am currently waiting on my wedding gown from dressilyme.com I think dressilyme might be my favourite, because they allow you to change details on your dress where as lightinthebox.com doesnt.  What you see is what you get.  Now thats not  a bad thing as every dress ive gotten has been spot on.  But you know how you see a dress and you think “that would be perfect if only they changed the…?” Anyway I havent received my dressilyme.com dress yet but im very excited.  And i have read bazillions of reviews on them 99% of them positive (cant please everyone I guess haha) anyways hope you managed to find a good dress 🙂
